Valorlife Life Insurance Limited was founded in Triesen, Liechtenstein in December 1997. The company's commercial purpose as laid down in its articles of association is to distribute all types of life insurance policy both in Liechtenstein and abroad, including disability, sickness, accident and supplementary insurance cover.

Valorlife is a legal entity registered in the Commercial Register of the Principality of Liechtenstein. It is entitled to trade on its own account and its headquarters are currently in Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein. The Principality of Liechtenstein has proven itself to be an ideal location for over ten years.

The company is wholly owned by its parent, the Vaudoise Insurance Group, one of the ten largest private insurance companies in Switzerland. Valorlife can only benefit from the wealth of insurance expertise of its parent company, stretching back over 100 years.

Valorlife effectively caters for its clients’ personal needs, producing individually tailored insurance and pension solutions. The overriding goal of Valorlife is to provide expert advice, applying our many years of experience to achieve the most financially beneficial outcome for our clients.

In June 2009 Valorlife expanded into Ireland. The financial centre of  Dublin offers optimum conditions from both an economic and a legal viewpoint.
